Hazel Boylan Hazel has many and varied skills, and her background covers a variety of disciplines, cultures, experience and visions. She has a breadth of experience working in Ireland and abroad. As a Career and Life Coach Hazel has worked successfully with company directors, teachers and HR specialists, among others. Her coaching style is direct, challenging, supportive and honest and clients get excellent value for their coaching investment. She works intuitively with each person and draws on her wide experience in working with individuals and groups. Hazel is naturally optimistic and enthusiastic and brings a holistic, positive influence to her work. She has read extensively on the principles of success, on positive living and personal development and models positive living in her own life. She is a member of the Life and Business Coaching Association of Ireland (LBCAI). As a Trainer, Hazel is a member of the Irish Institute of Training and Development. She has engaged with adult learners in career development, has worked with groups in a variety of working environments and has delivered Leadership Training to 6th Years in schools. Hazel is a highly experienced STEPS for Personal Development Facilitator and has successfully run her own personal growth course, Think Yourself New. As an Organisational Consultant, Hazel holds a MSc in Work and Organisational Psychology, is a trained Quality Auditor and a member of a Q Mark Steering Group that develops and applies systems for compliance with Excellence Through People and Q Mark standards. |
