TrainingThink Yourself New – personal development training – 15 hours In understanding how and why we behave and think as we do, we are able to learn new ways to transform our lives, liberate our potential and positively affect the world around us. The Think Yourself New course material is based on sound psychological principles presented in everyday language that uses examples participants can understand and identify with. The training environment is one of participation, thinking outside the box, having fun and learning from the experience and contributions of everyone. The methodology and facilitation is learner-centred and validates each person's experience by making it count. Individuals are encouraged and supported to explore their current reality and create a vision for the future. They are encouraged to reinvent themselves from from the inside out - to think themselves new. Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Workshop for Professional Firms A one-day CPD workshop is designed to allow participants to review their own life stories and to identify ways in which they may improve their experience of work by making adjustments in themselves or within their working environments. The day’s activities are designed to elicit the values and preferences of each participant in an experiential and effective way. It allows individuals to focus on areas of strength and areas for attention and find a balance to optimize their talents within the firm. Each participant will leave the workshop with increased awareness and tools that they can continue to use long after the day is over. Developed by and co-presented with Associate Eibhlin Johnston, the morning focuses on the individual, while the afternoon examines the organisation, its culture and how it impacts the individual.
Leadership training for schools involves interaction and discussion in an experiential environment, where students review what leadership means to them and how they can bring about change in their lives. Run over a morning, 80% of the work is done by the students and 20% by the facilitator/s. Review Testimonials for student comments. Organisational Consultancy - Organisational surveys
